Refund Policy

Deposits

 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Changes to the date, time, or location of your appointment made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiting your deposit.

  • In the event of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
