Terms & Conditions

  1. Mobile Service Requirements

• Customers must ensure there is safe and legal parking available for our team to carry out the service.

• Access to water and electricity may be required at the service location. If this cannot be provided, please notify us at the time of booking.

2. Deposits & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required at booking.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Changes to appointment date, time, or location must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

4. Weather Conditions

• As a mobile service, adverse weather may affect our ability to carry out your booking. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

5. Vehicle Condition

• Prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or other unexpected conditions may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before work begins.

6. Liability

• We take the utmost care when working on your vehicle. However, we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects that may be uncovered during the detailing process.

7. Customer Responsibility

• The customer must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time.

 

• Failure to provide access may be treated as a no-show, resulting in loss of deposit
